Afer the words such as describe or discussion there is no need to use the word "about".

But how discussed and found can be in the same sentence as both are past tense? Explain me.

Nisha said:   6 years ago
I think here A is the answer because it should be in present perfect tense.

i.e. We had discussed the problem so thoroughly.

The rule is that transitive word do not use preposition when the direct object is started.

Transitive word ex loved, committed, admired etc.

Here the transitive word is discussed so "about" not be used.

It should be we had discussed.

Because the first action in past perfect and 2nd in past indefinite.

'about' is never used with the word 'discuss'.

I will discuss it-->correct.

I will discuss about it->wrong (no use of about with discuss).
