Since the 'meek and humble' refers to a single person we shan't repeat the article. 'the meek and humble' is more appropriate.

Because when two noun used with and then they are considered to be plural. So in case we should use ARE but in this case we are using IS so this is incorrect so for correction this we must use the (article) before both noun.

Meek and humble are adjectives and here noun is understood hence we are using the before meek and humble.

Guys we always Use specific behaviour With 'the' article.

Eg) Ganthi always speak 'the' Truth.
Humble and meek are Behaviours. So these carries the along with them.

It should be the meek and humble. Because if two adjectives referring to single person then second adjective should not be started with article.

See the difference between the sentences. When an adjective is used as a noun or for a group of people, 'the' is used before it.
