What is wrong in using "that"?
I think it will be more precise in regard with the information the person is looking for.

"all ___ you want" stands instead of "all that you want" here ___ or information replaces the 'that in the original phrase.

I thought there was no error.
But now I got to know this is just way of saying emphasis is on book the person both are correct.
But if we observe the wrong sentence it already told us that book has all information it doesn't matter at all what you want to search only that book is needed.

Instead of "all" the information we can use "any" information that you want from this book RIGHT?

"That" is a demonstrative pronoun i.e. it is used to denote something. In the corrected sentence "all the information you want" already specifies the information that the person wants and hence to accentuate it with "that" is unnecessary.

More apt answer is using 'from' instead of 'in'. I don't think that the answer written is right.
