What is wrong in using "that"?
I think it will be more precise in regard with the information the person is looking for.

We can use "that" in sentence "B", by replacing "from" in place of "in", in sentence "c".

The noun information doesnt carry any pronoun. So 'information you want' is correct.

Instead of 'in', 'from' is a better choice.
