Here, "that" limits a sentence while "which" defines so "that" is used for compulsory information and after "which" is used for a not compulsory additional information.
Strategy: Try removing "that" from a sentence if you encounter it. If the sentence still holds its sense then remove that or convert it to which.
Similarly with "which" try removing it and check if sentence holds sense if yes then correct if no then change it to "that".

I thought there was no error.
But now I got to know this is just way of saying emphasis is on book the person both are correct.
But if we observe the wrong sentence it already told us that book has all information it doesn't matter at all what you want to search only that book is needed.

"That" is a demonstrative pronoun i.e. it is used to denote something. In the corrected sentence "all the information you want" already specifies the information that the person wants and hence to accentuate it with "that" is unnecessary.

I think that the correct option will be "A", because the second statement is absolutely fine. But in the the first statement, instead of "can" there will be a "may" or "will". So, I think that the option will be "A".

Yes, I also think the same.
You can get all the information you want from this book.
"That" may or may not be there. It's correct "that" is a demonstrative word but it may or may not apply here.

Correctly stated by some. This question can have two right answers, one as given and another -
"You can get all the information you want from this book."
"You can get all the information you want from this book."

Why is that the answer is not (c)?
Since the person will be obtaining information and if not for the first time retrieving information *from* somewhere.

"That" points to something or specifies an item and so.
"The" does, meaning the two words serve the same purpose and therefore only one is needed.
