The word all takes the relative pronoun that so answer given is wrong. Therefore answer is no error.

More apt answer is using 'from' instead of 'in'. I don't think that the answer written is right.

"The" is already present to speak about specific information. So "that" is not needed anymore.

We can use "that" in sentence "B", by replacing "from" in place of "in", in sentence "c".
