More apt answer is using 'from' instead of 'in'. I don't think that the answer written is right.

"That" is a demonstrative pronoun i.e. it is used to denote something. In the corrected sentence "all the information you want" already specifies the information that the person wants and hence to accentuate it with "that" is unnecessary.

Instead of "all" the information we can use "any" information that you want from this book RIGHT?
