There is two errors in the sentence in part A, the error is mentioned, and in Part C, sub+has+v3 is used. Due to this became is used in place of become.

I think it should be - which had become famous. I am not sure about this so please suggest.

I have a doubt that after has the verb should be in v3. So in C "which has became famous".
