I have a doubt that after has the verb should be in v3. So in C "which has became famous".

I think it should be - which had become famous. I am not sure about this so please suggest.

There is two errors in the sentence in part A, the error is mentioned, and in Part C, sub+has+v3 is used. Due to this became is used in place of become.

Is any one out there clarifying the controversies?

Become is the correct V3 form of become. Its become-became-become.

Ya, it still famous, so has become should be used.

Became famous tells that once upon a time it was famous.

It defines particular story. So 'a story' should not be here. Instead of that 'the story' should be replaced.

Which had become famous?

It should be either "it became famous" or "it had become famous" because the whole sentence is in past tense.
