Initial is correct answer because name comes with initials hence it is the right answer.

Friends initials are nothing but surnames we use before our names.
EX: MD. Abbas OR Mohammed Abbas, here the initial is Mohammed.

Initials means, for example, we call Mahendra Sing Dhoni as M.S.Dhoni. Here M.S.Dhoni is an initial for his name.
