@Chaitanya is absolutely right friends. Initial is the person's original name. Such as Sachin for Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and Neil for Neil Nitin Mukesh. Rest all are second name/ father's name/ surname etc. I would like to correct Raj also. SRK is not initial. It is just a short form just as Viru for Virendra Sehwag. Viru is also not initial. It is also not necessary that initial must be written in beginning of name. Tendulkar Sachin can also be written. But it doesn't make 'Tendulkar' initial. Initial will always be 'Sachin'. @Pothuri Divya is right. But dear Divya! Initials are also common. Such as your name Divya or mine Gaurav :).

The thing is we have to replace short names .For that only two options are available 1 and 4 most of them don't have middle names and so the only option is 1
