@Chaitanya is absolutely right friends. Initial is the person's original name. Such as Sachin for Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and Neil for Neil Nitin Mukesh. Rest all are second name/ father's name/ surname etc. I would like to correct Raj also. SRK is not initial. It is just a short form just as Viru for Virendra Sehwag. Viru is also not initial. It is also not necessary that initial must be written in beginning of name. Tendulkar Sachin can also be written. But it doesn't make 'Tendulkar' initial. Initial will always be 'Sachin'. @Pothuri Divya is right. But dear Divya! Initials are also common. Such as your name Divya or mine Gaurav :).

Initials mean the first name. Can't it be signatures?
As all famous person are remembered by their signatures it doesn't mean sign but by their signature habits or moves like wrestlers in WWE are known by their signature moves, Sir Sachin Tendulkar is also remembered by his signature move.
So can't it be option B.

I think initials means starting letter of their names like NANDAMURI TARAKA RAMARAVU as N.T.R, AKKINENI NAGESWARA RAO as A.N.R and ANUMULA RAVINDAR REDDY as A.R.R .
Signature and picture and middle names are not the answers so initial is the answer.

Offcourse but it is not a rule to call all with intials. I want more clarity if any one please. And we have to correct the sentence only. According to my view it doesn't have any correction. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

For every person there will be a initial before or after their names, names are so common but the initials they have may not be common. So, we can easily recognize a person with their initials.

The thing is we have to replace short names .For that only two options are available 1 and 4 most of them don't have middle names and so the only option is 1

Ans: Initials.
Ex: APJ Sir means automatically our mind goes to Abdul Kalam sir.
So always initials are the best one to identify a person.
