In direct-indirect speech, present tense must be changed to past, here option A & option C is in past, option B & C is removed and in option A, CALM is not mentioned. So OPTION C is Accurate.

Answer 4 is wrong because it is in future tense, present tense is change into past tense in change of speech.

In the 4th option will is used that is the reason 4th is incorrect because according to direct/indirect speech rule tense change from present to past.
