Antonym of Refusing = ____ ?

It must be one of the following right ?

Accept, allow, approve, consent, grant, offer, ok, sanction.

Now, Antonym of Refusing = Obeying ? Is it correct ???

Obey means follow someone's order.

Order means give an order to someone.

If one follows the order and other orders to follow means they both are opposite to each other,

So I go with Order.

According to me, refusing is the correct answer because it is the exact opposite of the word accepting and yet accepting is a synonym of the word obeying. Please let me know if am incorrect.

Yes the answer is refusing because.

Obey means to do something.

Refuse means to oppose something.

So the answer may be refusing.

Kindly say me if I had done anything wrong.

I think ordering is dubious in meaning _ order to act - order to purchase etc.

Arrange in order, but refusing is denial always and it is more nearest to opposite of obeying.

@All.

I think is that obeying means (to accept the order or to follow the order).

And according to this scenario, the right answer should be refuse means (not follow).

Obey means to follow orders, natural laws, and general principle so, its opposite is refusing which means you are not following any order, laws or general principle.

Ordering is correct, because you obey a command, simply 'order' i.e. command then obey, order then obey, it depends on the aspect from which you are looking at it.

ANSWER : REFUSING.

Obeying = to follow or accept something.
Refusing= to disobey or agree to not do something.
Ordering could have been an antonym of requesting.
