Explanation:
The central arrow rotates 90oACW and 45oCW alternately. The half-arrow moves half-a-side of the square boundary in a CW direction and its head turns to the other side of the line in each step.

The half arrows keep moving horizontally right and then when it can't move anymore horizontally it moves vertically to the centre and then to the bottom where it starts moving left as right movement is restricted. Hence A conforms with this pattern. Also, the half arrows keep changing from downright to upright with every step of movement. Thus A is the answer.

Firstly the center arrow will 90° anticlockwise then 45° anticlockwise and then again 90° and so on.

And half arrow will move clockwise and will keep flipping.

CW - Clockwise (The direction of the a clock needle rotates)

ACW - Anti-Clockwise (The reverse direction of the a clock needle rotates)

Arrow is rotating alternatively in acw not in acw and cw.
