So, its doesn't mean that 4 and 6 are adjacent to each other. It could be 4 and 6 is opposite to each other.
So, the correct answer is D.

I don't think it is C because it said 4 is opposite to 6 so it cannot be adjacent to it. Isn't A an option though?

4 is adjacent to 6, as given and 4 cannot be opposite to 2 as 3 is opposite to 2.
