The 3rd option is the only one which is not symmetric as the other 4 figures.

I want to say that except 3 1, 2, 4, 5 having opposite rings to it but in 3rd picture one ring is not having exact opposite pair.

In all other figures, are in pairs in radius but option 3rd is not in one is not pair.

If your dumb and your taking this test here's the simple version.
Its 3 because its the only 1 where there's an odd (not even) amount of flower petals (or what ever they were).

I think because the figure is almost complete but it is lacking by one loop at its extreme right.
