But in my opinion 1, 3, 5 figure one one loop is decrease but in 2, 4 figure same loop is there no loop is decreased so I think answer is 4.

Each and every figure has more than 1 line of symmetry. Figure C has only one. So, it will be the answer.

In other figures, there is even number but in figure 3 the circle comprise odd number loops (7).

Except C (3) all are having an even number of wheels in option 3 only it has odd 7 number of wheels.

Number 3 is correct because it is odd and all other figures are even.

All of them have a pair number of stripes and the tird has an unpair number of stripes.
