In other figures, there is even number but in figure 3 the circle comprise odd number loops (7).

The rest of the figures have even number of petals, but number 3 has odd number (7) of petals.

Yes. Option 3 is correct because all the circles has even number of petals except third one.

In all the other fig. Petals are distributed equally in opposite sides except in fig 3.

All of them have a pair number of stripes and the tird has an unpair number of stripes.

In all other figures, are in pairs in radius but option 3rd is not in one is not pair.

Answer C is the correct one, because it is the only figure which has a missing petal.
