Yes, it's sure it's 3, Because all of them have an even amount of stripes except 3 there were 8, 4, 4, 6.
where 7 was the third which means it's the odd one out as it's an odd number and the others are even.

Yes, all have even numbers of leaves but 3 have not even thats why it is the answer.

Each of the figures can be formed by mirroring the set of leaves without cutting them except for option 3.
