My opinion also same. Because side rake angles are relief angles to prevent rubbing action between work and tool.

I think answer is wrong, control of chip flow depends upon the Back rake angle.

Chip flow will be controlled by back rake angle only. Not by side rake angle.

The chip increase the SRA and the chip reduces the turning thickness.
