2, 4 not wrong the answers.

We can not say three valves only different diesel engine have 2, 3, 4 valves because all are there.

Any objection in my report please give clarifications to me.

If we use word most of the engine the answer is correct.

Diesel engine have 3 valve sometimes we called valve to fuel injector. It is works likes valve mechanism.

Fuel inject (spray) by a nozzle in cylinder not by valve. So there is two valve-inlet & exhaust.

Fuel inject (spray) by a nozzle in combustion chamber.

Inlet valve for air intake & exhaust valve for exhaust valve. Therefore we find two valve & one injector in a diesel engine.
