                The answer is (d^5/2fl)^1/4 where f is darcy friction factor. After correcting a step in @Sia's answer,
V^2/2g = 2 hf = 2 flV^2/ (2gD).
                V^2/2g = 2 hf = 2 flV^2/ (2gD).
