I think answer will be option (C) because by following passage it is clear that any country will progress if women will participate.

The Paragraph speaks about 'educating a woman can bring progress to a nation'. It does not speaks about 'equal rights' to women in any part of the paragraph. Hence surely option 'C' could not be a answer. The line 'their abilities by raising to the occasion' substantiate that Option 'D' is the right option.

Exactly there was nothing mentioned as freedom in the whole paragraph. If the answer is D then why it couldn't be C ?

I think the answer should be B. The passage does not talk about the rights of women. It talks about importance of education for women. The Napoleon example strengthens this point.

No where in the passage tells the something about 'full freedom' and the answer should clearly be D.

I too don't think D is right. In the para they didn't talk about women freedom. C looks best.

According to me option C is correct because the word freedom is mentioned in paragraph which is given in option D.
