It's nowhere mention in the statement about the availability of school. Hence, option B should be the answer.

May be most of the jobs are for people with English language skills that is why Ministers want to send their kids to English medium schools. There may be good or extremely good Hindi medium schools but opportunity after studying in them would not be great.

Hence, option B follows.

Exactly. The statement does not reflect that there is a lack of hindi schools. Nor it has mentioned about it.

Ya I agree with Uday bcas statement does not shows that India lacks good hindi medium schools or no comparison on hindi english schools.

So II should be answer.

Only conclusion II follows, because there is not mentioned that leaders of only India country. Hindi have been used in many countries, like bangladesh, Pak.
