2 doesn't follow because time is not related to the calendar, but whereas [man should die one day] where the day is relevant to the word calendar, so 1 is follows I guess.

I is individually correct but never in the context of the given statement whereas II is consistent. I is no way related. Only II follows.

I think "must" is incorrect. It should be "will" or "shall". It is not compulsory to die. Thus making 1 irrelevant. And Only 2 follows.

I conclusion is, no doubt, a fact but in no way mentioned in the statement. Only II follows.

"Death keeps no calender" means death can come at any time, but need not be compulsory.
