You have to assume everything in the statement to be true, then consider the two conclusions together and decide which of them logically follows beyond a reasonable doubt from the information given in the statement.

- (E) If both I and II follow.

Conclusions:

Conclusions:
- The assurance is not genuine.
- People want their money to grow.
Statements: The XYZ Medical College has started a cell which will conduct counselling workshops in the field of stress management to patients and general public.
Conclusions:
- The hospital has needed resources to start such activity.
- Patients and general public feel a need to have such cell in the hospital.
