Statement: An advertisement in a newspaper - "Wanted unmarried, presentable, matriculate girls between 18 and 21, able to speak fluently in English to be taken as models."

Assumptions:

  1. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite for good performance as a model.
  2. Height does not matter in performing as a model.

Only assumption I is implicit
Only assumption II is implicit
Either I or II is implicit
Neither I nor II is implicit
Both I and II are implicit
Answer: Option
Explanation:
'Fluency in English' is a condition mentioned for girls to be taken as models. So, I is implicit. Since nothing is mentioned about the height, so II is not implicit.

No conditions for height are mentioned to condition 2 is implicit

So, from the above conditions, height is not mentioned as a pre-requisite.

Therefore, assumption 2 is also implicit?
