Statement: "But out of A, B, C and D products, you buy B which alone is based on the international technology."- A shopkeeper tells a customer.
Assumptions:
- The customers normally accept the recommendation of the shopkeeper.
- Use of international technology is supposed to ensure better quality standards.
Answer: Option
Explanation:
The shopkeeper tells the customer the merits and demerits of various products, thus making it easy for him to choose. So, I is implicit. Since the shopkeeper stresses on buying B because it is based on international technology, so II is also implicit.

I think only A is the correct statement does not tell about the quality.

According to me, it seems more of a shopkeeper complaining to a customer than a recommendation. Then, isn't statement II only implicit?

I think only assumption 1st is correct because statement does not speak about quality.

But in the statement shopkeeper say "YOU BUY B" he is neither recommending anything nor is he telling any merits or demerits of other products.
Please explain this.

Only (B) assumption is true. Statement stress the international quality standard of product not recommendation of shopkeeper.
