Statement: Please note that the company will provide accommodation to only outside candidates if selected.' - A condition in an advertisement.
Assumptions:
- The local candidates would be having some other arrangement for their stay.
- The company plans to select only local candidates.
Answer: Option
Explanation:
The statement mentions that the company intends to provide accommodation only to outside candidates. This means that local candidates would have to arrange accommodation on their own and that the company may select local as well as outside candidates. Thus, only I is implicit.

Neither is implicit. It is because when said that company will provide accommodation to only outside candidate, it means that locals will have to arrange their own accommodation.

Both are implicit because reason for first is implicit is correct but company is not planing for selecting local candidates as in statement they are providing accommodation for outside candidates.

Yes I support @Nitin's argument.
Here, The local candidates would be "having" some other arrangement for their stay", implies that the company will make certain other arrangements fot locals.

There's nothing said about the local candidates. So whether the local candidates make their own arrangement what's the difference? Statement ! is irrelevant according to the instructions.

I agree with @Smritam in many assumptions its answering like that its confusing.

There isn't mentioned anything about the local candidates, whether they have to make their own accommodation or company will provide them. So, why can't the answer be neither of the statements is implicit?

I think the answer neither of the statements is implicit.
But I won't agree with the answer since you're violating the rules of statements and assumptions.

Neither one is implicit. As there is no facts regarding local canditates and one can't assume untold facts such as (facts on local canditate).

The right option is (D).
I think the answer should neither of the statements be implicit.
