Statement: Is pen mightier than a sword?
Arguments:
- Yes. Writers influence the thinking of the people.
- No. With the help of physical force one can conquer all.
Answer: Option
Explanation:
Physical force can accomplish a task by compulsion, while the influential writings can mould the thinking of an individual and change his discretion into accomplishing the task wilfully. So, only argument I holds strong.

Machiavelli- The Prince and Sun Tzu- Art of War are influential books on military strategy and politics. Thus, the pen is just as mighty as the sword. The sword is meaningless without strategy. Both I and II are strong when you consider the origins of world politics.

The problem with saying only option 1 or option 2 is correct is that it discredits opinion. Just because you can mold someone's thinking with "the pen" does not mean that compulsion/force is not equally as powerful. They should both be considered strong arguments.

I do not agree with your answer you are not aware of the power of pen !1 read some article over it. Media can do any thing.

@All.
Here, Both the options should be valid, but I guess in the second statement it is stated that one can "conquer all" with the help of physical force but that can be argued against.

I think answer must be D as what about one who is illiterate.
He won't be influenced by writer also with only physical force no one can conquer world.

The answer should be argument 2. Because the question tag is positive so answer should be negative. As simple as this.

Yes I also think number 2 should be correct, as well as number 1.
