5 is not added to 70, 5 is added to other numbers but 70 is repeating after every two numbers.

Just because 70 is constant, it doesn't apply that logical answer should be 70.
Actually the question itself isn't logical.
The correct series should be 70, 71, 76, 80, 81, 86, 90, 91, 96...and so on.
