the question is 70 71 76 -- 81 86 90 91.
see the difference between 70 71 & -- 81 & 90 91 the difference is 1.
If you see the 71 76 & 81 86 &91 96 the difference is 5.
If you see the 76 -- & 86 90 the difference is 4.
So this pattern follows the 1 5 4 series.
So the answer be 80. and not the 70.

I think answer should be 60 because the logic is:
+1 + 5 - 21 + 1 + 5 -21.
+1 + 5 - 21 + 1 + 5 -21.
