I am sure, B is right as 2nd conclusion is some scooters do not fly.
This means some left one must fly so only conclusion B follows.

If the given statements are positive then the conclusion can not be negative. Then option D is right.

B is the correct answer. Because it is mentioned that some scooters fly. Then obviously there are some scooters which don't fly.
