Option E should be correct. Closure of schools for a week and parents withdrawing their children. These two events might be due to some common cause e.g. Terrorism, etc.

I think option E is correct, Because there would be a common cause for the closing of school for a week and the withdrawal of students.

Option E can also be the right answer. Some disaster could have occurred causing both statements to occur. Both have a common cause.

Here 1 and 2 both are effects because.
Schools are closed due to any cause.
Many parents take out their children due to any cause.
