Basically, no one wants to tell or listen to a lie and if our company is going true and well then there is no need to tell a lie.

Sir, I greatly discourage lying but if my lie doesn't harm anyone and if it becomes the last option to bring something good to our organisation then I think lying is OK otherwise, I don't recommend lying.
