I had been working with my previous Organization for 18 months, Where I found my daily task repetative although the environment was comfortable, But there was no space to enhance my skill. I was searching for a new challenge where I want to enhance my skill with smart work I also need to gain more knowledge with the coming environment, It would be grateful to work with your organisation.

I am so thankful to my previous organisation, which gave me an opportunity to work with them and learn so many things.
I feel changes are part of life, on such thoughts, it would be better to look for another opportunity.
Where I can grow myself financially and professionally.
I will be glad if I get an opportunity to work in your organization.

I'm thankful to the company to give me the opportunity to work with them, I learned a lot of things from my previous job like how to work under pressure, how to complete the targets, coordinate with the team, train them and give proper product knowledge etc but after that the second lockdown I wanted to change my job because I'm an HR student, I wanted to make my career in HR while was thinking my marriage got fixed so that resigned my job.

Thanks to my previous organisation where I had learned lots of things. I left my previous organisation because I was preparing for a competitive exam but unfortunately could not qualify that's why I am here.

I have learned so many things from my current company and I am thankful for this.
But sometimes you need to concentrate on your goals and sometimes you feel to use your knowledge.
On such thought, it would be better if we look for better opportunities.
And based upon to improve my knowledge and career I think looking for a job change.

I have learnt a lot as it is my first organization, but now there are only Freshers Colleagues with me and I am not seeing any kind of growth with them as all of my seniors leave their job just because they got a better opportunity.
I do not see any growth here.
