I have learned so many things from my current company and I am thankful for this.
But sometimes you need to concentrate on your goals and sometimes you feel to use your knowledge.
On such thought, it would be better if we look for better opportunities.
And based upon to improve my knowledge and career I think looking for a job change.

I have learnt a lot as it is my first organization, but now there are only Freshers Colleagues with me and I am not seeing any kind of growth with them as all of my seniors leave their job just because they got a better opportunity.
I do not see any growth here.

I feel like I'm ready to take on more responsibility. I believe I've progressed as far as I can in my current role. I need a change of environment to motivate me.
I want to develop a new skill that isn't required in my current job.

Life is all about opportunities, my previous job exposed me to a new platform wherein I learned new skill sets, new working atmosphere and supporting colleagues but after a point of time it is necessary to move out of this comfort zone and think about exploring more. I am person who is always looking to learn, upgrade and move one step ahead so it was necessary to quit and move on so that I can help myself grow professionally and financially.

Every time we are on the learning curve and once we change our workplace the aim is just to learn more about the updated technologies. I am thankful to my last company where I get a chance to add skills and organized behaviour in me. But as we know, that Change is a part of life. I wish myself growing both professionally and financially.
