First. I am thankful to my previous organization. Because my previous company was small.

And didn't have opportunities for growth.

I have learned a lot of think from there according to me chances are necessary for everyone to enhance your skill. Knowledge and for personal growth and financial growth.

I have learned more and more in my previous company and I didn't get any growth in my company. I am very thankful my previous company and learned a lot experience in the previous job. Now I am resigning because everyone wants to growth that's why I am resigning my company.

First of all, I would like to thanks my previous job they give me lots of thing to learning. But there I m feel that here my job not for longer time. Because that company growth is too slow. And that company expences are many comparisons their earnings.
