I had to resign from my previous company for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, I'm grateful to my previous company for helping me improve my communication skills and technical knowledge; however, life is all about advancement and growth, so I was looking for more responsibility that would allow me to grow professionally and financially.

I Would like to thank my previous company. I have gained a lot of knowledge and teamwork from there.

The main reason is my career growth. Because I have no chance to improve my Career growth in that Company. I Want to work at some higher Level so only that's the Reason I leave My Current JOB.

First of all, I would like to thank my previous organisation, in the short speriodI was able lto earn some of the essential soft skills of my life i.e. Communication skill, problem-solving skills, and interspersonal skill. However, I was looking for something that would enhance my managerial skill as I wanted to contribute more to the organisation, also I would be able to understand how an organization work and how the manger's decision help the company and individuals to grow together.

Therefore I decided to pursue MBA.

The main reason is for my career growth. I feel like my growth is getting stagnated in my current organization which is not helping me to improve my skillset. I want to learn more. I believe that have progressed as far as I can in my current role. The biggest/main reason for leaving my current company is that I want to learn more. I want to take more responsibilities which will help me to grow in future.

I would've worked more coming years for that organization. I have to learn many things other than I'm doing right now. So, I resigned. I don't feel that my career is not growing as well as my financial growth. That's why I resigned.
