Yes sir, you are right at this age and having so much experience I am not earning too much and the reason is satisfaction with my current job which is wrong, if you satisfied with your current goals then you will have to satisfied with your success also.
But apart from this I worked for my company, I fullfilled my company trust. You can see that I did my job with honesty and hardworking, so whenever I did mistake or not able to achieve targets company also understood and ignored.

In my view, Mostly more earners are working in the higher position or standardise organisation with good skills & knowledge. As of now, I'm concentrated only to develop my skills & knowledge. That's why I'm good in that now. I guess, it's the right time & a place to make me as good/more earner.

Of course, money gives comfortable life and happiness. But money is not always important. Once we acquire sufficient knowledge and skills money looks like a small task. There is no need to run behind money. It automatically comes in our way.

When someone needs a job badly or someone is focused on learning skills and become experts. Only under these two circumstances would anyone least bothered about the high salary. So to me, this was the situation always shuffling here and there.

I am not earning more money because right now I am focusing on my career my first priority is to gain knowledge as much as I can and expertise with that and I believe once this happened money will follow me and after that it does not matter whether I am on which stage or level.
