Well, sir, money does play a crucial role in a person life but not more than personal skills and knowledge. As one can find that money can be taken or even stolen but not your skills, so I first want to develop my skills and knowledge so that money should follow me rather I follow it.

Of course, money gives comfortable life and happiness. But money is not always important. Once we acquire sufficient knowledge and skills money looks like a small task. There is no need to run behind money. It automatically comes in our way.

The Company is paying according to slab system and the slab has been established on the basis of fresher and no of the year of experience. As you know, I have cleared CA Exam on Nov 2016, So the company is paying pay scale equal to fresher CA. That's why I am earning more st this stage of my career.
