I cannot earned the money without thinking about knowledge skill and experience, money is very important but if earning more money at this stage of my career, it's just a short term that we can get it. Moreover if we have a good or professional experience and skill, money will come to us for long term then we will have a bright future.

I believe that learning the right technologies will give me a better shot at earning well in life. Money is an important factor in life but not the only factor. I am 23 and as per my age and experience I think I am earning well, however I live in Kolkata and salary here is always lesser than the rest of India however Kolkata is a cheap city you can get a full meal in 40 rs so my salary is enough for me as if now. But I want to increase and move out from Kolkata for better opportunities.

Sir, money is important for life but not more than your skills & knowledge because money can be stolen but your skills & knowledge can't be stolen by anyone, anyhow.

If you have skills & knowledge then you can create more opportunity to earn much money. So first skills & knowledge is more important.

I have an expirence of 25 years but in my opinion I think that the expirence doesn't matter in a new company because you have to learn some new things in new company yah ofcurce the expirence is matter in salary but I think that if anyone can join a new company he improve his experience level in a next level.

In my view, Mostly more earners are working in the higher position or standardise organisation with good skills & knowledge. As of now, I'm concentrated only to develop my skills & knowledge. That's why I'm good in that now. I guess, it's the right time & a place to make me as good/more earner.

The Company is paying according to slab system and the slab has been established on the basis of fresher and no of the year of experience. As you know, I have cleared CA Exam on Nov 2016, So the company is paying pay scale equal to fresher CA. That's why I am earning more st this stage of my career.

Yes, of course, money is important in this luxurious life apart from this there is more important is to gain knowledge and experience. If you achieve excellence in your work. Then most of the companies will ready to hire you as your demands. So, achieving excellence is equal to earning money.

I have started this job just after graduation of my engineering, as experience speaks, I found relevant to work with low pay-scale for getting knowledge of this field. I think knowledge is more superior than money. Once I get good experience & knowledge, I can make good money in future.
