The organization was small and I cannot expect much in terms of salary. I was just there to improve my skills and money is not a primary for me.

Money is very important as well as job satisfaction also so we can't jump in to any company with out satisfaction if we love our work automatically we can start earning money.

I am 23 and as per my age and experience I think I am earning well, however I live in Kolkata and salary here is always lesser than the rest of India however Kolkata is a cheap city you can get a full meal in 40 rs so my salary is enough for me as if now. But I want to increase and move out from Kolkata for better opportunities.

I am not a money minded person because money makes our life comfortable and satisfaction makes our life easier and happiness. So if we have skills and knowledge then, in that case, we can get easy money.
