I would clearly say him that I was not fine with his idea when I have already known his idea's impact would be unfair and I would ask him what if something goes wrong when his idea is being implemented.

No idea is bad. If boss thinks it's crazy and wants to do it then so be it however I'll give him my perception of stinker thought ina very polite manner and probably make him to rethink his idea.

I would listen carefully to his idea and make him feel respected in the way I will present my own idea then allow him to make the final decision as my boss then carry on with the implementation.

I wouldn't tell him how crazy the idea was, instead, I will ask him for another idea as another option or choices then I will present my ideas too. The more options/choices, the better!

As he is my boss and also senior he must have more knowledge than me and though if he will be crazy about a thing I will try prove what is the right and false carefully.

I will be honest. At the same time, I will apologize to my boss. But Boss is not bigger than a company. As an employee, I should think about my company benefit first.
