Firstly, the boss is never always correct and If he has a great idea, one should never correct him or suggest that it is of substandard quality on his part. The best approach should be initially to request why and how he has come to the idea and why he favors it to be implemented.
Only then can you, yourself, have the ability to understand whether you can provide alternative options or counter-arguments. If it is truly a bad idea, this approach will surface the disadvantages and at the same time keep yours/his integrity and relationship intact. If at that time you have alternative suggestions to perhaps complement his idea, then this would be the right time to make them.

Sir, Today you have this idea. Tomorrow or later on you will see the result. I am here next to you, I just want to warn you this, your idea will hurt your company so deep. You may angry at me now, because don't respect your idea. But I willing to be a bad person in front of you now, because I am the only one get hurt. It is better than when the day our company fail, we both cry like a baby. I have a better idea, please consider and take it if you agree. If not, I can see what kind of boss you are. And I will wonder if I choose the wrong boss to service.

First I will did research about that idea and after that if I still feel that this is not best way then I will make my boss aware about its positive and negative impacts. As he/she is my boss and more experienced than me she/he will understand these things and if I don't feel after research that its bad then I will discuss with him/her about my views.
I am sure she/he would have also thought about it and have solutions for it and if he/she didn't have thought about it we will find solutions for it.

Sir/Mam, I believe I must prioritize the well-being of the company above all. If my boss is passionate about an idea that could potentially harm the company, I feel obligated to respectfully and pragmatically point it out.
I would approach the situation with compassion and care, ensuring that my feedback does not come across as offensive, mocking, or insulting.
My goal would be to highlight the positive aspects of the idea while addressing any concerns in a nuanced and constructive manner.

Firstly, I would make the analysis on comparison between my points and boss's points, will collect all the data using which I can convince him, then will set up a one on one meeting for the discussion and will put forward the data in a way that he do not get hurt. And as we all would be working for betterment of organization, so if he feels that his idea is best one to implement than would follow that and would try to give my best on it.

Everyone puts lot of hard effort to make any plan, however you know your boss is crazy, go to him applauding him and try to learn his idea why he wants that if you like all good but after listening to jim you can put your point. That would help you by two ways boss will understand one thing for sure that you are interested in whatever the plan is and second because of first he would value your plan or words and can be easily convinced.

Sir, I learned many principles from you as you are the most qualified for over years in long professional run. I'm also so honoured to share my professional views with you as I my ideas can be reviewed by you and if hits up to the benchmark then it would be my best performance leaded by your orders as my boss and I would be grateful to you if I can win your appreciation as an ultimate decision maker of the company.

No doubt the boss has a better knowledge than his employee but "tow minds are better than one", this proverb will be applied. Being a boss I will discuss with all employees rather than company's secrets. I will take opinions from all and note down then compare those points with my goals, strategies, and plans. If any point will favor to my idea apply it. I will apply this scheme if I would be a boss, In Sha ALLAH.

Yh. Its my duty to follow all the orders of my boss that are related to job but beside this its also my duty to work for the benefit of company only they recruited me so that I can share my thoughts and ideas to them, first I try to analyse difference between mine and my boss thoughts and still if I think myself better in thoughts then I directly asked my boss to share my thoughts on that particular project.

All employees are hired with the same aim of Company growth and progress so as Managers. And if I feel that idea is not suitable for the situation, I will let him know the gaps in the idea and will share my idea with the positive inputs which can eventually fill the gaps in the idea shared by him and with the mutual understanding the final idea will be created by both of us.
