Simply open up a discussion and discuss my ideas and back them with necessary and relevant data. There will be a healthy discussion and new things may come out. It may turn out that the boss is right and there was problem with everyone else understanding his ideas.

I would fully support him, as my boss is greater to me in experience and knowledge I would respect his views and support him in reaching his goals.
Well if I think his idea stinks then I would provide constructive feedback to him about improving his idea.

Boss is always right, because his or her knowledge much more better then me, my experience says that any idea which I feeling as crazy, this is actually not like that. Because I'm watching a part of that idea not watching the overall of that idea or plan.

Before approaching the Boss, I will analyse the problem related to that idea and try to solve the problem. If don't then I'm going to share the drawback problem related to that idea with the Boss. So, that Boss can rethink and try to solve the problem.

I always have a logical and analytical discussion with my boss. I would definitely put my concerns about the idea in front of him. If we can together work around the concerns then that's best. This has till now always worked positively for me.

As an Engineer I would try to give a logical explanation mostly in mathematical way. If he withstand with his decision then I am with boss, support the company as team member and do my job whatever is given to me and try to put my best.

I would first acknowledge his suggestion as one way of doing things, then share mine as another alternative citing its strengths and advantages but leave my boss an opportunity to either take my option or incorporate ideas as a blend.

Before approaching the BOSS I will analyze about the drawbacks of the idea, and try to solve those problems related to this idea. Maybe Boss will rethink about the idea, or will take the appropriate precautions about those problems.

I won't initially point out the negatives in his idea neither compare. That would make my boss feel offended. Instead I will put up the positives in my idea in larger number. He will himself compare and make the right decision.

As the rule says the boss is always right I will follow that rule because he or she is having lots of knowledge and experience and if they ask my viewpoint that I will suggest my viewpoint and leave the decision on his hand.
