I wouldn't tell him how crazy the idea was, instead, I will ask him for another idea as another option or choices then I will present my ideas too. The more options/choices, the better!

All employees are hired with the same aim of Company growth and progress so as Managers. And if I feel that idea is not suitable for the situation, I will let him know the gaps in the idea and will share my idea with the positive inputs which can eventually fill the gaps in the idea shared by him and with the mutual understanding the final idea will be created by both of us.

First I will try to understand the prospect of my boss for that idea and then analyse what are the things he likes most or try to evaluate the pros and cons of that idea but after that if I am not satisfied with that idea so I will definitely go to boss and discuss my unsatisfy question and put my views in front of him.

First, I will respect him for the idea and will try to understand it deeply in positive & negative prospect by sitting together.

In-spite of think it stink, I will put my positive suggestions in-front of him and brief him how the negative gaps will cover by the positive inputs.

I will try to point our various ways that I believe we may approach the matter. But if he keep on insisting I will personally implement his Idea and try as much as possible to minimize negative impact to the organization.

First I will did research about that idea and after that if I still feel that this is not best way then I will make my boss aware about its positive and negative impacts. As he/she is my boss and more experienced than me she/he will understand these things and if I don't feel after research that its bad then I will discuss with him/her about my views.

I am sure she/he would have also thought about it and have solutions for it and if he/she didn't have thought about it we will find solutions for it.

I'm also so honoured to share my professional views with you as I my ideas can be reviewed by you and if hits up to the benchmark then it would be my best performance leaded by your orders as my boss and I would be grateful to you if I can win your appreciation as an ultimate decision maker of the company.

Simply open up a discussion and discuss my ideas and back them with necessary and relevant data. There will be a healthy discussion and new things may come out. It may turn out that the boss is right and there was problem with everyone else understanding his ideas.

I would talk to my boss and will tell my logics and doubts about that idea and will ask from him for some assistance and perspective upon that. If he is not satisfied with my ideas then I will try to settle down with his version of plan as he is the boss and have gained experience in this field for a longer time.
