Sir, this is an excellent idea, but some ideas which you have given before are really excellent. Sir we have to discuss which idea will be better for our company.

I always have a logical and analytical discussion with my boss. I would definitely put my concerns about the idea in front of him. If we can together work around the concerns then that's best. This has till now always worked positively for me.

As an employ, I will hear his idea and take a deep study and make technical help from my sub-ordinates, better take a case study and if he was wrong with his idea, arrange a meeting with him and explains the practical feasibility and the losses of resources that may occur to the company by the project in the future else go with his key idea.

No doubt the boss has a better knowledge than his employee but "tow minds are better than one", this proverb will be applied. Being a boss I will discuss with all employees rather than company's secrets. I will take opinions from all and note down then compare those points with my goals, strategies, and plans. If any point will favor to my idea apply it. I will apply this scheme if I would be a boss, In Sha ALLAH.

I will share the best idea that comes in my mind at that time. I will not criticize that idea but I will appreciate that idea since it is for the company's growth.

I would have a detailed discussion with my boss, where both of us would keep our views. I would try to look at the idea from his perspective, and try to explain my point of view too. Together, we will try to reach a common solution. Only after having a one-on-one discussion and listing out all the data points, can it be decided whether an idea is actually great or "stinks".

Sir, Today you have this idea. Tomorrow or later on you will see the result. I am here next to you, I just want to warn you this, your idea will hurt your company so deep. You may angry at me now, because don't respect your idea. But I willing to be a bad person in front of you now, because I am the only one get hurt. It is better than when the day our company fail, we both cry like a baby. I have a better idea, please consider and take it if you agree. If not, I can see what kind of boss you are. And I will wonder if I choose the wrong boss to service.

I won't initially point out the negatives in his idea neither compare. That would make my boss feel offended. Instead I will put up the positives in my idea in larger number. He will himself compare and make the right decision.

I'll make him aware of the consequences of implementation of idea by putting a real situation virtually and if he understands my point of view I'll appreciate it otherwise do as he say since that will be my duty.

I will give my opinion and if he agrees then it's good and if doesn't we go by his decision. Because experience has its say.
