I chose to pursue a career in MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and, coming from a village, I believed that getting an education in Bangalore would open up better job opportunities for me. So, I decided to move to Bangalore and look for colleges with good placement records.
When I arrived in Bangalore, the city was completely new to me. I didn't know how to use the maps or navigate the bus routes. Asking for directions was challenging because most people spoke Kannada, which I didn't understand, and I wasn't fluent in English at the time either. It was a difficult period for me.
However, the people in Bangalore, especially the bus conductors and drivers, were incredibly helpful. They guided me despite the language barrier, which made a significant difference and eased my transition into the city.

I think my biggest failure till now was not knowing how to manage my time between many things that were going on simultaneously back when I was preparing for JEE. I had to manage my preparation for JEE Test as well as mark efficiency. So back then I couldn't do it. But after that, I observed myself and focused on how can I stop myself from overthinking which consumed a lot of my time. I was worrying about the results than focusing on the efforts to help me achieve that results. By changing my habits as well as my perspective to see things I have now been able to find a balance. Now, I know that we can give our best efforts and just expect the best instead of thinking about the worst outcomes. Thinking positively has helped me a lot.

I think I make 2 toughest decision in my life.
First one is that for my career, my parents not wanted me to join engineering college because they have no money for my studies but I go against my parents and make it possible by getting a scholarship from college.
For my best performance in the semester.
The Second one I can't explain it here something personal.
The toughest decision is whether to choose higher studies for the search for a job. I chosen a job because getting trained is better than educated.
Any decision depends on the situation, taking a correct decision at a situation is the toughest job, and the decision taken should be beneficial.

The toughest decision of my life was basically when I had to choose between two career options after std. 12th.
I was not financially that much good, it was absolutely unaffordable for my parents to admit me in some private engineering college. I was selected in the second round of counseling of HOLKAR COLLEGE Indore for BSc honors but my interest was in engineering from the beginning. So I drop the idea of joining that college and I took admission to a nearby engineering college of my town with a low fee structure.
It was very difficult for me to choose between these two career options.

My toughest among all other was to choose my job (in B-Tech campus recruitment) & MBA in SOA University, BBSR. With the informative n mental help from my parents and with the grace of God, I was able to finally take MBA, in which I am really doing well and feels like improving day by day.
It's not your choice, for me. It's your worship of work, labour, parents and environment, which matters n makes difference.
Rather It's your attitude, which can alter the whole lifestyle, value, meaning and what it means for.
Thank you.

Sir for me, it was, when my dad was hospitalized for nearly 4months, though we were running our night toughest, this suffering was more of financially and mentally with lots of tears and fears and that was the time I completed my schooling. So, I decided to go for NEET by self-study getting materials from my peer friends and I joined a computer centre for a course and my sister she was dropped from matric and was admitted to a government school, the change was drastic but now its perfectly fine I am getting better and better.

I have studied BCA In the degree which is the most important decision I have taken in my life .at the beginning I have no idea about that course even though I have chosen that because of my father.
After that, I thought that I have taken the right choice because I can able to understand coding languages and I got some ideas about it and I started to learn things and I successfully completed my BCA Graduation very well with a CGPA of 8.9. This is the most important decision I have taken in my life.

My toughest decision was two days ago because I didn't know what to do with my professional life, I didn't want to continue at the University and I said it to my parents, my mom just cried, she felt disappointed, but my dad got very angry with me, he told me off because of the decision I wanted to make.
Now, I'm completely sure I want to get my English Teacher's Degree and I'm going to do it for me and as a way of thanking my parents for everything they've done for me.

I wanted to go in IT industry, that think was for sure. But I wanted to go towards development side but was unable to crack the development interviews. So my toughest decision was to choose some alternative by which I can enter into IT industry so I entered IT platform via Software Tester position and after a while, I started enjoying Testing than Development. Sometimes, in life, we have to take certain decisions just to keep up the Rising moment going.

Moving from Public Sector to Private Sector, that too in a different Industry coupled with different function.
Public to Private Sector, Banking to Automation and Product development to HR. Real Challenge. I never regret. I worked for three different companies - all as HR Head reporting to CMDs. Now after retirement, I am into soft skill training with a PTR of 790+ programs all over India and ME. Tough decision but risk and reward are commensurate.
